Comet Suite Pty Ltd and White Label Suite
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. You warrant that you are at least 18-years-old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18-years-old, you warrant that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian and they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By accessing or using the Service and services offered by these sites you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Affiliates must be 18 years old or older to be valid to earn commissions without regard to age, gender or any other legally protected characteristic.
Definitions:
"Affiliate" means the individual or entity that is participating in the affiliate program and promoting the Product."Product" means the product that the Affiliate is promoting."Company" means the company owning the Product.
Enrollment:
To participate in the affiliate program, the Affiliate must complete the enrollment process by providing all required information.The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application for any reason.
Obligations of the Affiliate:
The Affiliate must use best efforts to promote the Product.The Affiliate must comply with all laws and regulations in their promotion of the Product.The Affiliate must not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices in the promotion of the Product.The Affiliate must not make any false or unsubstantiated claims about the Product.
Obligations of the Company:
The Company will provide the Affiliate with the necessary marketing materials to promote the Product.The Company will track the sales of the Product made through the Affiliate's unique link and pay the Affiliate the agreed upon commission.The Company will provide customer support for the Product.
Term and Termination:
This agreement will begin on the date of acceptance by the Company and will continue until terminated by either party.The Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company.The Company may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the Affiliate.
Modification:
The Company may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on its website.The Affiliate's continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any modification shall be deemed to be the Affiliate's acceptance of the modified terms.
Confidentiality:
The Affiliate shall not disclose any confidential information of the Company to any third party.
Relationship of Parties:
The Affiliate and the Company are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the parties.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [state].
Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Commissions
As as consumer please be aware that affiliates promoting this product may earn commissions for the referral. An affiliate referring someone who purchases a Comet Suite productwill earn up to 20% in referral commissions. On a $297 monthly sale this will equate to $59.4 per month. Affiliates may also earn a second tier of up to 5% when referring others to the program, who in turn refer a buyer of the software.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
It is your sole responsibility to periodically check these Terms for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these Terms, it is your sole responsibility to stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance thereof.
